I got human hair microbraids and wasquoted prices of $180+ at other spots. I'm not used to paying more than $150 for this style; BraidsUnlimited charges $165 and gives new customers $10 off. Prices for other styles (kinky twists, tree braids, Senegalese twists, etc.) were approx.$180. The owner Christine, has three girls braiding. She sells some hair there. My girl took 5.5 hrs and was very neat and precise. A little bit rough with the parting but it looks great. Christine's light-heartedness makes for a warm environment and almost makes you forget that like most buildings in the area, there's a small rodent problem. All the girls are French-speakers and very knowledgable about braiding. They take credit/debit cards. Also, I came in as a walk-in and they accomodated me. The building's address label is falling off so it's easy to miss. Copy the phone number because they'll probably move soon.
Pros: Can pay with credit, Very knowledgable, Precision work
Cons: Poor signage, Time-Consuming, Drafty inside
