My daughter and I just returned from having spent yesterday and last night with friends at a Creative Memories Cropping. It was held at the Bradford Suites in the Denver Tech area. We hadn't planned to spend the night but we heard that it was going to snow and I didn't want to try to drive back on the Interstate, after dark in the rain or snow. All the rooms are "suites." They gave us a "deluxe" room which normally runs $120.00 a night. It being a Friday night/weekend we just knew it was going to be even higher. They let us have it because we were with the "group" for $69.00 for the night. It came with a queen size bed, a couch, chair, desk, dresser, two end tables in the bedroom and two in the living room. Also, cable TV. It had a little kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and complimentary coffee with a coffee pot. Also, all the dishes etc. too. Our room was very clean and the entire place smelled of no must or smoke or anything offensive. And, a washer and dryer IN the room. The only negative was that some one above us decided to do their laundry at 11:30 last night. The conference/meeting room was also very nice. We had 8 table for the cropping, plus one for "snacks and goodies." It also had a TV for our use. All the employees, both yesterday afternoon, evening and again this morning were extremely friendly. Infact, the lady checking us out this morning asked why they hadn't put us in an EXECUTIVE SUITE because there were several still available. I said it was probably because I said I wanted the LEAST EXPENSIVE room available. He asked what I wanted to pay .. I said, "something around $25.00." We both laughed and he said he could put us in the parking lot for that. Then this morning, they had an excellent breakfast bar. We didn't partake of that but our friends did and they all enjoyed it very much. If you are ever in Denver and need a place to stay, I highly recommend this place.
