Purchased a sofa sleeper from them and the sales clerk could not have been nicer. Ordered the product and waited 3 weeks for it to come in. The warehouse said they could not deliver within our needed time frame because they were too busy. Picked the sofa up our self so that we could get it that weekend. When I brought it home it was clear that it was still in the factory wrap and my spouse reminded me that it was to be stained treated before we picked it up. It clearly had not been treated, it had never been unwrapped and had no order indicating treatment which was supposed to have been done that day. When we called customer service all they wanted to do was to argue that it had been done and that the warehouse just does a really good job of re wrapping things. Believe me, know one does that kind of re-wrap job. After they refused to come to my house and treat the sofa they said I could bring back to the warehouse to have it done. What a hassle.....I finally insisted that they refund the price of the treatment so that we can have someone come to our house and have stain treatment applied.
The department I talked to should be called customer hassle rather than customer service. I expected so much better service from the Boulevard than this!
