Hurricane Harvey has left a lot of us in need. With the recent onset of unusually cold weather, I found myself not only without much of a house, but with a malfunctioning heater. I called Bosworth and the lovely lady on the phone (I am so sorry I can't remember her name), was able to help me get a field agent scheduled the same day!
Brandon came by a few short hours later.
I work in the customer service industry myself and let me just say that Brandon was professional, engaged and fully aware of what I needed and how important it was.
Brandon checked a few things and then when it looked like nit was going to be a bigger issue than we had hoped (it was), he was honest, straightforward and apologetic too.
Long story short, Brandon found the parts we needed to get my heat running for my family. What's more, he came back and worked after 5pm to ensure we were taken care!
The next morning Brandon called just to double check and make sure that my family and I had a warm night.
His going above and beyond has earned Bosworth all of my future business. I can't thank him enough for taking care of us and I hope the Company recognizes what a promising young man they have in their employment.
