Terrible service / Rude Manager / Horrible product! BIG NO! 4/12/2012

I don't usually write reviews for online shopping, but a terrible shipment on top of a poor/ discourteous service has unfortunately prompted me to write this review. I placed an online order for 'Divine Orchids' 3 days back to be delivered to my wife's apartment. The total cost including the delivery came to about $100. The delivery was on time but it was totally different from what was ordered. The pot was totally different. it was low quality, smaller with silt falling off everywhere. Also it didn't have the assortments on the bottom, and the flowers were also not the same. My wife sent me the pics, and i was surprised to see the product. Next day I emailed the shop, and they didnt respond for 2 days. So I called them and I talked to the manager 'Nick' who was very discourteous, rude and arrogant. He totally denied all of the above and said, he gave the product HE thought was better, and it wasnt what I had ordered. And changed my order without my knowledge or permission. Later he started yelling at me, and didnt let me talk on the phone. I told him I would complain about his service, and he started swearing. And said 'you have been talking for 10 mins', and I told him 'Sir, we have been on the phone for 3.5 mins and you have done most of the talking. And all I am requesting is to give me what I ordered and I dont want Refunds of discount coupons'. He said he might do it at his convenience which may take upto 2 weeks, or may not happen at all!! I mean seriously? Extremely rude, poor, and arrogant service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And if the owner of this shop is reading, i beg him to fix these things. Because this is bad business!! And this is not how one handles things especially customers. I wish there was a rating of Zero, because this is what they deserve!! more

Bad customer service and ugliest arrangement 2/14/2012

The flowers they send to my girl friend on valentine day was not even close to what I ordered. I call to tell them about this and they say that they have the right to change the order when they do not have what you ordered. The flowers was suppose to be in a very nice red vast with 12 roses. They sent her something you would get your 80 years old grandmother.... I wish you could see the picture. more

I ordered flowers for my granddaughter at BU. WIth finals, she had been stressed lately and I thought some flowers would cheer her up. Boy did they! I can't say enough about the arrangement! The flowers were so beautiful and fresh! They lasted through all her finals and made her smile whenever she looked at you! Not only that, the price was great! Thank you Boston Blossoms Florist for making my granddaughter (and me) so happy! Pros: Flowers, service, and price more

Awesome Flowers 1/21/2009

I needed flowers for my neice's birthday but I live in London so I was taking a chance having to find a florist over the internet. And it was a great chance! The staff was so helpful and accomodating to what I wanted. The pictures of the vase were gorgeous and the teddy bear was so cute! My neice was so excited over her flowers that she even called internationally to thank me! I totally recommend this store and if I ever move to Boston, it will be my go-to florist! Thanks so much!!!! Pros: Everything! Cons: Nothing, just move to London! more

The worst 6/13/2003

My flowers were overpriced, 3 days late and the flowers looked 3 days old. Small vase and poor quality flowers, only a few, for $110. Do not waste your time Cons: late, overpriced, old flowers more
