In my opinion finding a good body shop that is honest and fair is a major accomplishment. I have had work done on a couple of different cars (as the father of teenage boys) at Borkowski's and I have always been pleased. They do great work, timely and good quality, but most importantly I have always felt like they were focused on being honest and fair. If it is an insurance matter and covered (the other guy's fault) they are good but then you don't face the bill. That is what other collision shops seem to target and I think that they often overcharge the insurance companies. I don't think Borkowski does that. When the repairs aren't covered by insurance and the bill matters the most to me, they have always been reasonable and willing to find a cheaper solution that works, used parts, less than complete paint replacement, whatever makes sense for an old car that you just need fixed enough to continue to serve its purposes. Other shops (like Church Bros.) have been less flexible and more devoted to a ""best quality"" job even if it meant putting $1000 into a car that is only worth $2000. Borkowski does great work and they are reasonable and pragmatic about what makes economic sense. I trust them and I recommend them because they are smart and honest.
Pros: honest advice, great work, fair prices
Cons: none that I have found yet
