The clinic is a mess - a disaster, really. It is also very old and outdated. But Dr. Book is a good chiropractor that does not tell you to come back unless you need to. He is a little unconventional. He can tell where the problem areas are and I have always felt better after leaving. You do not need an appointment and his daughter is a massage therapist in the same building.
