If you have ever been to Japan or know anything about Japanese food, don't go near this place. Tampa has no good Japanese restaurants, but this is the worst I have been to. The clientele seems to be mostly under 25 years old (USF students?) that just don't know any better. You don't put sweet teriyaki sauce on hamachi kama, and you bake it, not broil it to within an inch of its life. Gyoza dumplings should be soft and luscious, not crispy and tough. The sauce was also sweet, not soy and vinegar. This place is a sham! Avoid it like the plague!
