Terrible! Showed up for my appointment, which they had priorly called to remind me of, and they said they had no record of it. I had changed me work schedule to accommodate this appointment. more

I had an appt. thurs. with extreme hip pain. X-ray showed nothing. With the extreme pain Dr. ordered a MRI for the next day because of Ins. Co. was closed, so they couldn't approve it. Fri after the Mri Dr. said he would call me with the results of the MRI that evening. No call. Closed on weehends. Mon. I called and left message. No return call. Tues. I called twice that day. No return call. Wed. I called and my wife called. No return call. Thurs. I called and left message again. Nurse called and said she left message on DR.'s desk. 11:35 am Nurse called and asked if anyone has called, I said no. At 5:20 Dr. finally called said no fractures but would schedule a hip injection and that someone would call me Fri. with the time and day of appt. for injection. Fri. nurse called ay 11: 34 am and said someone would call me today with the appt. time and day. No One Called! I have noticed a big change in the Bone and Joint Clinic since Vanderbilt has taken over. And not for the better either. I would consider very highly going somewhere else if the customer service doesn't improve. more

When I first visited this facility it was for an appointment. I felt like I was cattle being led to the slaughter. Rush, rush rush, it was a mad house. Forget being a human being here you are a number and a fast dollar. Two days later, needed some assistance with an issue over the phone, I was put on hold twice and it wasn't a few minutes, more like 10 min. each. Then I am told my doctor will not be in until Friday. In my mind i am thinking... What does that have to do with what i need, on the phone, now! There has to be someone capable in this office to help me, not wait for 3 days. ugh! You couldn't pay me to go back there. 2011 more
