Bond's checked another mechanic's expensive repair suggestions and determined they were no needed (at no charge).

Always fair, always trustworthy. I trust Bond's more than any other auto maintenance and repair facility. They're thorough, they provide patient and detailed explanations of problems, solutions, and alternatives, and they don't try to sell unneeded services. They have provided personal liaison for me with other repair shops when there were discrepancies or when I suspected unfair treatment from other shops. On the extremely rare occasions when they make a mistake, they fix it promptly at a fair cost or no cost. Their prices are better than most other shops. My family and I have been loyal and happy customers since 1993. more

GREAT SERVICE 9/30/2011

What a great service I was afforded. My husband called because I had a "check engine" light on my truck and I was able to drop the truck off to have it looked at that afternoon. I also, needed an oil change and that was scheduled, too. We received a phone call later in the afternoon telling what the "suspected" problem was. Before they closed we received another call and were told that a loose gas cap was the problem and the oil change would be done the following morning - which it was. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!! The staff and the mechanics are all top notch. I have been going to Bonds Automotive for about 15 years, and found the staff to be extremely moral, dedicated, hard working, caring, competent, and friendly. I have been through many car mechanics since I was 18, I am now 53, and Bonds Automotive has been the best. more

Mike and his family/friends always make me feel they're not only looking out for my and my family's safety but also for our pocketbooks. They don't just do what we tell 'em, they guide us to make better decisions about our cars. They don't just ferret out everything that's amiss mechanically, they help us evaluate whether and when to fix 'em. Love these folks, may they live long and prosper. more

Appropriate reviews! 8/25/2011

I looked up good service on google, and this place popped up w/ many good ratings. I am an avid online shopper, etc., so I definitely consider reviews that are made by the said business/owner, but there were too many individual accounts made, I knew this was the real thing. I go there for service, and Mr. Bond was very friendly, he squeezed in a 60k service job into the middle of the day, offered me a ride home so I wouldn't have to wait, and even had arrangements for me to be picked up (which I declined, to return the generousity) I highly recommend this shop, very friendly staff, fast service, and while you do pay a bit more than your traditional Firestone/Jiffy Lube, you get the factory liquids and parts for your car, for less than Dealership prices. Check them out! more
