We moved into the area 2 months ago, and the people seemed nice. They did an OK job. But over the past 3 weeks, we have been sent home with approximately 6 of someone else's shirts and then they lost a portion of our clothes. When I went back, they found the clothes on the rack. When I ask how we can prevent further issues like this, the woman told me it was my fault and I should have checked everything myself. I don't know how you are, but we usually drop off a pile of clothes and expect the cleaners to be responsible to return them to us. I don't fell I must go though every piece every time to make sure it was returned, we do too much dry cleaning for that. I con understand occasional mistakes and would even forgive them occur so close in time, but the Lady's response was rude and condescending.
I tried to call the owner several times to discuss this matter, but who ever picks up the phone always tells me he is not there and when I ask for when he is usually there, the time always changes. I expect a touch bit better customer service than this. If you go here better keep track of all you clothes since it is your fault if it gets lost
