I always have a great service with Curtis. He is always on time and extremely prompt in diagnosis. I also appreciate that he is extremely thorough when inspecting my HVAC system.

Curtis Snipes 5/4/2019

My technician was Curtis Snipes. He has serviced my AC/Heat unit in the past and he always does an outstanding job. This visit was for a regularly scheduled maintenance. After completing the maintenance, he thoroughly explained a couple of issues (he provided pictures) that needed to be repaired in order to avoid future problems. He had already fixed one as part of the maintenance contract. I would prefer Mr. Snipes every time I need work done! Thanks for your professional work, Curtis!! more

Maintaining at all cost 2/17/2019

Bolton offers a great service to help you maintain your HVAC System. The only Down side is turn over, I had A great HVAC Tech. Bill Stewart and he had worked my house for 2 years, but then left. I will say that Curtis who came this last time did a excellent job. more

Excellent 1/11/2019

Jeff and Alex came on time and started working immediately. Thomas joined them later in the morning. Yesterday was very cold and I felt bad that they had to work outside in that cold weather for most of the day. But they did not mind or complain, were very nice and concentrated on what they were doing. We very much appreciate their work quality, skills and professionalism. Jeff answered all the questions we had. I am glad that I chose Bolton for this project. more

Superior courtesy and service 10/9/2018

Eric and Jordan were clean and polite. Eric did most of talking and listening to my issues with old plumbing in need of repair. Gentlemen were knowledgeable and worked steadily to repair and replace plumbing as needed. They were not pushy and arrogant. If I have future issues, I would welcome these Bolton staff again. more

Bolton Services HVAC repair 7/6/2018

Bill Stuart with Bolton Services provided excellent service. Fixed my air handling unit and inspected the rest of the HVAC system for any other issues. Provided excellent and friendly customer service. Bolton is an excellent company and always great to work with more
