There are 3 main types of Gyms in Alaska.. \r
\r
1. Value Gyms: Planet fitness, you get access to a gym with equipment period, no assistance, no training, limited hours\r
\r
2. Social Gyms: Alaska Club, nice gyms with pools, tennis, racquet ball, basketball courts etc. You pay for all of it regardless of you use it or not. If your going to use these thing then its a great club.\r
\r
3.Results driven fitness facility: Body Renew, 24 hours access, unlimited classes and bootcamps, Personal training is optional. Most cost effective training in the state. \r
\r
One thing I have realized in the 20 years in this industry is the people who complain about training are the people who don't put the effort in to see results yet its easier to blame someone else. I can train you all day long but if you leave the gym and eat Mcdonalds you can't blame the trainer. \r

A review is just that a review, so before making judgement ask yourself why there are 3 or 4 negative reviews when a company has thousands of clients. That's a pretty good ratio if you ask me.
