This style of Yoga and Tai Chi is Amazing. Right off the bat, it's for sure a bit different than traditional Hatha style yoga. We'll do the poses, etc, but actually working with the body more in depth than I would have imagined. We do stretches, breathing, tapping, meditation, etc... But the feeling is quite different than the drop in gym yoga. It's real, and talking to the people who go here, I can see that people have recovered from far worse conditions than me.
Pros: Awesome Teachers, great program, Class size is manageable too, not too big/small
Cons: Some of the later workshops are pretty spendy, but seem powerful.
