I would gladly give this store a ""0"" rating if I could.
We spent over $10000 at this store. One of the items we ordered was a sofa. It took 3 months to get it delivered. No problem so far. We expected this.
What we did not expect was the condition of the sofa. What we received was not at all like the one on display in the store or on the web site. It's like bait and switch. The sofa cushions are lumpy and skinny, and the stitching is crooked.
On top of this, the sofa arrived damaged. We were told that damaged part would be replaced, it's been 3 months already since delivery and the part is not here yet.
BoConcept offered no help at all. Basically, they do not care for a customer.
BUYER BEWARE.
