We are a Honda Civic family. My father, brother, husband and I all bought Honda Civics in 2005 from Boch Honda. We had a great buying experience, hence buying four! We recently decided to trade my husband's SI in for a more family-friendly Civic and we had a less-than-perfect visit this time. The finances were messed up - we got one interest rate and then a higher one days later, which put the car out of budget. We had to get rid of some extras to put it back in our price-range. Second, the car was supposed to be delivered a couple days after we bought it - we didn't get it for 8 days! Third, I took the day off for the delivery, which was supposed to come at 11AM - they were delayed and delayed and delayed and didn't arrive till after 3pm, which means I could've taken a half day instead. We're very happy with the car - it's perfect in every way, but the service was far less than perfect.
