I bought my daughters crib and dresser here and I just loved the service, very helpful staff. I also got her toy box here and she loves it. The owner is so understanding. He really is soft sell which is nice. They are cheaper than Goore's but in a neighborhood that is questionable. Bober's has been around along time. I feel the tradition when I walk into their store. It's not as big as Goore's but it is friendlier than Goore's. They get into having kids. They get into helping you with kids. They get into kids. more

nice store 12/14/2005

I went here looking for bunkbeds for my children. The staff was very nice and helpful. I appreciated them taking the time to show me the beds and tell me which ones could be ordered and which ones would be coming in the next shipment. The store has quite a variety of items for babies and children from big items like beds and strollers, to small accessories. The store doesn't look like much from the outside, but if you stop in I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Good prices, too! more

Good Place for inexpensive Baby/Kid's Stuff 8/3/2005

It looks like a small warehouse packed with cribs, furniture, rocking chairs and other baby or children's stuff. The staff is very helpful though. It is not a fancy place to buy baby stuff but the prices are less than the other stores. The place looks very unassuming but don't be fooled. I have recommended them to my friends. We bought my son's crib, stroller, mattress and car seat there and spent way less than if we bought those elsewhere. more

It's Not High Class 7/17/2005

It's not high class but the prices are down to earth. My sister in law kept telling me to go to Bober's -- the prices are great. I did and they were. I bought lots of stuff for our new baby prior to his arrival and went back for more once he was born. Bober's is a small building packed with stuff. The staff are not just kids but older folks who have seen the baby business boom -- that explains the small building. The staff don't "sell" they help you out; it's a nice feeling. more
