Bob Loftis Furniture

Bought a sectional Feb 2012. Was assured the manufacture has a lifetime guarantee. When it was delivered, one cushion was smaller than the others. After difficult phone conversations, was told they would get the piece to fix it, would take a few weeks, but would only take 5 minutes to replace. 8 weeks later was told it had to come from China. Now was told they did not send anything but stuffing and the couch has to be picked up, taken to the store, and sent back. Had to pay for delivery, so I do not know how the other had free delivery. Also had to pay to have old furniture taken away because the dump charges them to dump it. Later that night, well after the dump was closed, saw my old furniture in the back of a pick up heading down the road just down from their store, so not sure why I was charged for dumping. All in all a total rip off. Very disappointed in this whole purchase. more

Great store! Checked out a few stores in the area before buying a complete living room set from here. They don't follow you around, they give you your space, which is great. Free Delivery!
