Took my car in and was quoted that I needed to replace somethign they removed themselves two months prior. I was also quoted for the repair of a tire which had no known issue. I declined the tire repair then later found my tire shaking when i drove down the highway after having declined to buy a new one from them (coincidence?) When i called to speak to the manager I was given the same associate that helped me originally and he said well things change and the tire just finally settled, when they lifted it up, to its incorrect position. Scam service that will just break whatever they have to on your car to get some money. more

It was all good. However... I have a suggestion to you. I own a 2009 Viper ACR. I have had a specific Viper tech take care of my Vipers I`ve had for years and years. He recently moved to Davis Stanley Dodge. I wouldn’t set foot on David Slimely`s lot for anything. I think you need to contact the local Viper Club and make a deal with them to service their owners` cars... because from what I know... most feel like I do. I have to take a shower just by driving by that place to clean up after passing it. The tech involved is a great guy... honest... straight forward... and how he ended up there I will never know... but make a special deal with the Viper Club to give them a discount off their service needs... parts... etc. No one I know of even knows you have a certified Viper tech... including members. You may get some business from them... but id love to see you wrap it all up. more

The only thing I can think of is maybe a waiting area that is more comfortable. It wasn`t bad but I did think to myself that I was glad I didn`t have my kid with me because she would have been bored to death. Overall it was really good experience. more

My wife took her '05 Pacifica in for an oil change. They performed a ""free inspection"" finding that her front brakes were in serious need of immediate replacement. She was informed that if not done her rotors would be ruined costing us much more in the long run. Unfortunately for them I know how to get this done myself and when I removed the front wheels her brakes were brand new like they were replaced when the car was traded in before we bought it. I would have complained to management, but I'm sure that's where the directive to rip customers off came from in the first place. This place is crooked. A total rip off. more

I was expecting a short stay for the seat belt fix but i was at the dealership quite a while as the service mgr did not realize I had a convertible and the fix would take longer. But i am pleased that the seat belt now functions properly more
