I recently received my 2008 BMW 550 back from your service center after having several items scheduled for installation and maintenance: 1. Dinan Free Flow Exhaust 2.Dinan High Flow Intake 3.Dinan Stage 2 Software4.Dinan Shock Braces5.Dinan Strut Braces 6.Brake maintenance /replacement7.Side mirror collapse issue 8.Paint touch up. As you can see from the abovementioned list, the car went to several different groups within your service organization. And one thing was very apparent when my car was returned – they all did an exceptional job. Secondly, my service advisor, Jason Baisden, was a tremendous resource. He provided timely updates on the cars progress and also acted as a liaison with Dinan to ensure parts were shipped on time, the correct parts were ordered and took personal responsibility for my car. The Dinan parts and labor cost me $5,000. That’s a considerable amount of money on discretionary upgrades. I’ve been so impressed with the support I’ve received from Dinan and the unwavering support of Jason, that I just asked him to place another Dinan order of approx. $4,000 in parts and labor to complete the Dina Stage 1 upgrades to my car. Jason should be considered indispensible to the service organization based on the interactions I’ve had with him. And he should be commended on his approach to customer service. Please ensure that he is recognized for his dedication to his clients. Additionally, I have already referred a business associate of mine to your dealership and directly to Jason for additional Dinan upgrades to his BMW. This will be several thousand dollars in high margin upgrades that you took from an unresponsive BMW dealership in North Houston. more

Excellent Customer Service 3/2/2011

All too often it has become common place to just go through the motions when replying to the customer service surveys. The comments and ratings within surveys should be earned and not just given out when not achieved. I myself have been guilty of just checking them off to get through them. I can honestly say that this survey results were EARNED by the Momentum MINI 10000 Southwest Fwy Houston TX 77074. I would like also point out that if you look in the dictionary under Customer Service, the term "see Nick" would be indicated. Nick provided excellent Customer Service far and beyond what is normal. Nick actually listed to and responded to my question and concern by keeping me update on the process of the service being performed. I live a distance from the/any MINI dealership and sometimes find it a hassle to drive the distance. But, rest assured, any future service to be performed on my wife's Mini Cooper S 2006 convertible, will be handled by Momentum MINI Thank you for truly providing excellent customer service. more

I have a lot of close friends that own BMW's and everyone feels the same about the dealer and service customer service. If I had spoken with them prior to getting my car I would not have gotten it. The service departments around Houston should make more effort to deliver better customer service to patrons. I am thankful for Phil because without him I would have had to wait even longer than the original 2 weeks that I had been waiting on to gets my vehicle repaired. I have a family and driving a car that only has one working door was very stressful and dangerous at the same time. I explained my problem to many different BMW employees and no one but Phil would help me. more

I could actually write a book about how wonderful it has been to deal with Momentum BMW. I have never been treated this nice by any of the previous auto dealer's that I have had dealings with. From the second we walked into Momentum BMW we were treated like Royalty. I have yet to open a door for myself while I've been at Momentum. My experience with the service department could not have been any better. I was provided a loaner (which was a 750 Li just like the one I own) and kept informed about the service progress everyday. Unlike my dealings with other service departments, it was such a pleasure to have everything fixed the first time around. Like I said, I could easily write a book about how wonderful Momentum BMW is to deal with. I will most definitely buy all my future vehicles from Momentum. Keep up the good work because it definitely makes Momentum stand head and shoulders above the rest. more
