We visited eight dealers and compared lots of cars over two weekends before we made our decision and bought our X5. Every sales representatives we saw before this one made us feel their ""hunger"" to sell and ended up being more or less annoying. Kyle, on the contrary, is never pushy or aggressive. Going through options with him is like discussing with a friend. Most importantly, he listened to our needs and never made us lose time with options or color combinations we didn't care about. He is young, but eager to find out answers to any questions you might have; of course, he does that with the passion of a seller who is well aware they're selling you the best. Thanks for your help
