My Garage door was acting funny. It wouldn't close allt he way. I am by no means a repair man. I called liftmaster, the manufacturer of my garage door and they referred me to BMC. I contacted them and they told me what they believed the problem was. While on the phone with him I told him I had always wanted to have a outside keypad installed so I didn't always have to go through my inside house when I was outside. He said no problem. The next day I had a call on the phone. He was sick but he was going to make sure one of his other workers would be there to take care of us. Sure to his word they were there. They had all the parts for the outside opener and all the necessary parts to get my garage door working properly again. In all we paid about $100.00 for everything. IT was worth it too. I also received a 90 day warranty. I would definitley go back if I required work again.
