Their quality may be good, but after 16 years of having clothing dry cleaned, I have never seen prices so high. I just moved within 3 blocks of this location, and have used them once. Despite the proximity, I will never use their service again and will chose to use one of the 3 other locations less than a mile away. This experience will be shared with all of my friends and neighbors in the area.\r

Clearly, they have a sufficient customer base to sustain the prices, so it is unlikely complaints about price will warrant a change. Management should seriously re-think their pricing structure as they could increase the size of their customer base (and revenue) with a price overhaul.
