Stopped by last night for a quick bite.....what a waste! After 30 minutes the waiter shows up with our food only to have forgotten some things. Apologizes for the long wait....l...

Very Poor food -Breadfast cold 5/4/2010

Toast served ten minutes before rest of meal was cold and butter would not melt. Sauage was hard and dried out apparantly had been reheated. Eggs were very good as was the potatoes. Probably will not return Waitress could have been a lot better. more

Good southern food 4/16/2006

I have been to this restaurant several times and I always enjoy the food. I like that it is traditional southern food and the price is good too. I have always had friendly service. My brother had his rehearsal dinner at this place too and it was nice. I would recommend it. more

The yellow building draws you in. But don't get your expectations too high. Yes, you can find a few Southern classics. But the menu is quite limited. Prices are average. Seating is also sparse so if you are planning on eating breakfast there, it would be wise to avoid rush hour crowds. more

Good breakfast 8/14/2005

Even thought they serve things u can easily make urself at home.. but the food is great! Huge plates of eggs. Price aint so bad for the huge plates of food they serve. Very busy and often packed with people. So, get there early! Better than IHOP, waffle house, i would say. more

Didn't care for the food... 8/13/2005

This is a great place to go if you enjoy Ihop style breakfast food at a high price. I really am not a fan of that kind of cuisine and was expecting this place to be more so like cracker barrel, well it's not. I would like to compliment their coffee, can't go wrong with that. I did really enjoy the homely atmosphere; it was like eating at my grandmother's. more

Blue Plate Cafe 7/30/2005

I love Blue Plate Cafe. The food is excellent. If you are looking for home cooking at an affordable price then Blue Plate is the way to go. It's not usually busy there and you get your food pretty quickly. Staff is friendly also. Definitely recommend everyone try it at least once! more
