I have to agree with John H. It seems like it didn't help for people giving their opinions because the other day, Feb. 19, 2014, I was at Bless Your Heart Boutique & did not feel welcomed at all. When I walked in, not a 'hell-o', not even a glance that I even was there. Oh, the employers were chatting among themselves, for sure. I felt like they did not want me there. Sooo, after looking around for about 45 minutes & waiting around for a dressing room because it was full....I decided this isn't worth it & walked out. The shop has very cute clothes, accessories, but to be honest, I will not go back to your boutique. There are plenty other boutiques who will help a customer & make them appreciate you. My father had businesses & a good, honest business man, & he told me that you always treat the customer with a welcome & respect, that comes before the product. Because without your customers, you would not have your business. Maybe there needs to be a training on personnel & learning to be friendly, nice, & accommodating......Not arrogant, uncaring, & rude.
