I had a bathtub faucet that was leaking and needed repair. The service tech was unable to remove the screw to remove the faucet as it was improperly installed. He carefully explained all the options, including the worse case senario of cutting holes in the wall! Fortunately, that was not necessary. I really appreciated that he kept me informed on the progress, and his professional manner. I also liked the followup phone call the next day to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction! more

Repeat Customer 8/12/2011

After having a new water heater installed by Blau during the 4th of July holiday weekend, imagine my horror to find water again on my basement floor only one month later. It had nothing to do with the water heater which was installed nicely and fully up to code according to the City of Franklin inspector, but instead the water was from the condensation hose coupling from the central air unit. The Blau repair man was able to quickly and effectively replace the part, and everything is again working fine. Thankfully I discovered the leak soon enough to avoid another wet carpet disaster. I will call Blau whenever I need plumbing or HVAC service in hte future. more

What really impressed me was how professional and considerate these guys were. Everything was explained in great detail; I didn't have to worry that my plumbing issues would be fixed. When I was told I needed my pipes replaced, they were great in explaining why, even showing me the crud in my pipes. I would recommend Blau Plumbing to anyone!!! I was more than pleased with their sevices and it was not too costly for what I had done! more

Quick service 4/27/2011

Called on a Saturday morning with a backed up basement floor drain. They were there within the hour and had the roots clogging the line to the main sewer augered out quickly. The price was a bit on the high side (about $300) but about what I expected for a weekend service call. The plumbers were friendly and explained everything they were doing. more

I was impressed with the apprearance of the gentleman that arrived at the door.\r I was impressed with how kind and friendly he was as. I took him to the bathroom where the problem was, he than asked a few questions and did a very extensive job of assessing the problem He then went to work and got the problem solved\r The gentlemen was a pleasnt person to deal with and easy to talk with and get information from. more

Quick and Easy! 3/9/2011

I had been having some issues with a toilet in my condo and when I called Blau Plumbing they were available the very next day. When the tech arrived, early, he was able to determine the problem quickly and gave me two affordable options and was fixed within a half hour. \r \r I was very impressed with the knowledge and the advice given to avoid any future problems. more

We needed a new furnace, they came out on Wednesday with a very reasonable quote and by Saturday of that same week they installed a new 95% efficient furnace. The two workers that installed the furnance were very friendly and also very neat, put down a drop cloth when entering the house because of the snow outside. When the job was completed they cleaned and sweep up any mess they made. That was very nice to see considering the one gentlemen was here until about 6:30 at night. I would recommend Blau Plumbing to friends and family. Thanks again for your quick and rapid response during our cold spell. more

Great Service 3/3/2011

When our furnace went out at 9:30 PM Blau was prompt to respond to our call. They were willing to come out that same night though we opted to have them come the next morning. They had a tech out by 8:30 the very next morning. The tech was pleasent and knowledgeable. more

We had Blau Plumbing do a job for us last week and it was refreshing to have a company actually show up on time, explain exactly what they intended to do and take the time to answer all of our questions.. There was a sizable block of time when we were not suppose to run any water and they wrote down the time that we could 'go back to normal' so there would not be any mixups along the way.I was impressed that the plumber showed up at my back door, being respectful of my property and not wanting to track through with his boots on. His attitude was cheerful and helpful and I would not hesitate to call Blau again when I need them. more

furnace whent out on sunday tech came out sad flame sensor assy ng\r orderd part replaced part furnace whent out again. so i whent on line fount diagnostic flow chart needed new ipi cont update to honeywell orderd part installed kit furnace works fine now.i feel tech was not testing for other problem was in hurry to go i paid 500.20 dollars\r for nothing not happy i am not working had to pay with credit card\r i tink there shoud be some type of refund. more

Sudden service not just a slogan 11/17/2010

Our Hot water heater died overnight, got a new one installed, had hot water by noon. Great service, very professional, courteous, and for a reasonable price. Would recommend Blau anytime. more

Blau Rip Off!!! 9/15/2010

Thank you for taking the time to write. \r \r A few years ago we did a story whereas we rigged some hidden cameras and had a plumbing expert through NARI do about $5 worth of damage to a toilet. We called in 3 companies; Flat Rate Plumbing, Blau and Heiden Plumbing. Flat Rate and Blau didn't much inspect the problem and both quoted prices of around $1000 to fix and Heiden came in and said "Oh, I have this part in the truck and it's so minor I won't even charge you." \r \r I can tell you that we won 1st place on that story with both the Wisconsin Broadcasting Association and the Milwaukee Press Club. \r \r Unfortunately, however, the bottom line was companies can and will charge whatever they want for service. Where do I even start? Having called several companies, Blau not only offered the fastest service at a very reasonable trip charge, they were also the only one who appeared to care that we needed their service. After about 1/2 hour, I received a follow-up call updating me on the status of the technician's arrival. The technician himself, Paul, was so informative, knowledgeable and courteous. In addition, he took his time explaining what he recommended and our options for the future. Though this was an evening call, we never felt like Paul was trying to rush through the job in order to go home. This being our first experience with Blau Plumbing, we were very impressed with the customer service from both the person who took our call to the technician. Timeliness was also a positive experience. more
