Black Mountain Villas

I agree with the other resident that live here. I too currently love at Black Mountain Villas and the presentation seemed all professional, but NOT AT ALL!!!! I live next door to an idiot that plays LOUD music all times of the day and I have notified the office, police and even confronted him with no resolve. The walls are SO PAPER THIN!!! You can hear your neighbor talk, sleep, even have s-xxxxx. The office staff just don't care once they get their share. Oh, also you have to come in to pay your rent, so if you work doing the day, you're just out! DON"T BE FOOLED by the appearance.... more

The pool is near my unit and people climb over the fence that don't live here and make tons of noise at 3,4 am, and I mean screaming. They are extremely rude. It's ridiculous and I pay 1200, even though the new tenants pay only 999. It's never quiet. Nothing is ever done to enforce the rules and the management is worthless. The maintenence has been here at least every month if not more for all sorts of issues. The place is a dump that I live in, it's got tons of problems, like the sink makes huge groaning sound, and the sinks upstairs make lots of thumping noises. The upstairs is hot, even with the AC and the downstairs is freezing. The other things are that there are NO lights anywhere. There's no lighting. You come down the drive and there isn't parking near your unit, you have to walk quite a ways and it's pitch black. Pros: It's got a garage. Cons: Constant noise 24/7. more
