Black Diamond Car Wash

Don't use Black Diamond Car Wash in Louisville, CO. I took my car in to get washed yesterday and paid for the Diamond Wash. I also paid extra to have my rims done. While the attendants were drying my car, I walked over and asked if they could slide open the sun roof cover and clean the window. I received no response just a glare. When they were done drying my car, they waved to me that my vehicle was done and walked away. At a glance my car looked good but as I was driving away I noticed that the dash and doors that were supposed to be treated with vinyl protectant were still covered with dust. In places it looked like they did a quick swipe. I was also supposed to have fragrance. There was no scent in my car at all. Further when I got home, I discovered that the rims hadn't been touched at all. They were filthy. Guess I should have inspected my car closer before I left the car wash but you would expect to get the service you paid for especially at the prices they charge. more

The manager came out and asked if anything was wrong when I was looking over the car. I told him no and he said if there's ever anything we missed just let them know and they would take care of it. Glad to see he cares. more

My wife and I get our cars washed here about once a month they do a quality job and are fast. more

Been there twice and both times they never wipped the dirt off the rims. Not a very friendly crew or counter people. They leave the inside all catty wompis so you have to reset all the seats and floor matts. I'll never go back, EVER! more

I love that the look of the building honors the heritage of this town. It is a replica of a mine shaft and there were a lot of coal miners here in this area. They offer a full detail or just a wash and vacuum. I also like that they are invironmentally friendly as they recycle their waste water. The prices are a little high but all in all a good experience. more
