I'm in heaven! 4/13/2006

We love the Bistro Vino! They have the largest collection of vodka in the US - the list literally takes up an entire 8x12 piece of paper. The food is excellent - the last time we went, I had the salmon stuffed with dungeness crab and served with wild rice and veggies. YUM-O! My husband had halibut something or other and we shared a bottle of beautiful Argentenian Malbec. (They have an extensive wine list, as you might guess from their name.) Who would have thought you could get all this in EVERETT?! Well, you can! more

Refreshing!! 12/12/2005

Being new to the Everett area, my wife and I had been searching for a place with a European Bistro feeling. The tall yellow walls and old-fashioned lighting created an atmosphere that was both welcoming, and relaxing. The artwork displayed around on the walls were quite pleasing. However not as pleasing as the wine list. Then came my entrée, I had the Argentine steak skewers my wife had the Swedish Meatballs and we couldn't decide which one we enjoyed more. By far the BEST mojitos around. Highly recommended!! more

This is the 1st place in everett that has not disapointed us yet. Wine from everywhere, cocktails you've never seen before and great international dishes that keep me coming back to try something different from the same ol' we love this place...... more

unexciting but not unappetizing 11/14/2005

Bistro Vino is a one-of-a-kind dining experience in downtown Everett, as the only classy wine restaurant around. It doesn't hold up to Seattle standards, but isn't particularly bad in and of itself, and is great compared to other offerings in Everett. Menu is decent, but not awe inspiring. Prices are a bit on the high side. Atmosphere is great for Everett, not great for Seattle. In all, if you don't want to go to Seattle, go to Bistro Vino for a classy evening. If you're looking for something nice, drive south. more
