This is definitely one of the nicest airports I've been to thus far. The great thing about this place is that it's not a large crowded airport (such as the chaotic ATL or the ridiculously sprawling terminals of CLT). Also, their bathrooms are extremely clean and modern (i.e. you don't have to touch anything). Even on a busy day of travel, you won't have to wait in line for very long. I've never had problems here with security taking forever. Whether you're just passing through or you regularly fly out of Birmingham, this is a fabulous airport. more

It is a very nice airport and the security strive to make it a safe place for all people. more
