Bill's saved two garments I thought were completely ruined! I got caught in the rain, wearing an expensive sundress, and then sat on dirty car seats, drawing the dirt into the dress. The dress was absolutely filthy. My fiancee took it to another cleaner and when we got it back, it didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. I took it immediately to Bill's and they got ALL the dirt out. It was the same situation with my fiancee's pants, which they also saved. This was my first trip to Bill's but I am absolutely thrilled with the service and will continue to be a customer for years to come! I've used Bill's Cleaners for years- they are the best cleaners I've ever used. Everything stays right in the store and the owner moniters every step of the process. Do NOT go here! My husband and I were great customers here for a while. When they shrunk several expensive garments beyond repair, I went to the store to see what could be done. From the start, the manager was argumentative, sarcastic, and just plain RUDE! He would not admit any mistake, or even partially reimburse me for the clothes. In fact, he didn't even offer to refund the cleaning bill!! I have never experienced such horrendous customer service and wanted to warn others about this place. more
