Very Happy 1/14/2013

I have purchased eleven vehicles from Bill Fitts Auto in the twenty years I have been their customer. I will be looking for a pick up soon. 4 Chevrolets,3 Cadillacs,3 Lexus and one Buick. Not one lemon in the bunch, that is surprising on used cars but I listen to the sales person and they do a great job of screening the inventory they purchase. As a buyer after the sale I service my vehicles and repair minor things before they become big. Never purchased the service contract but I always use their financing. My only complaint would be the interest rate but my credit is marginal. 4 1/2 Stars more

Very nIce dealership when your purchasing.. 6/22/2012

They were very helpful selling me my car. They were just as helpful when my car broke down six times in the 6 month warranty. They promised my warranty would be extended for the two months my car was in shop during the warranty. Problem I had during warranty still exists now, bill fitts did not try to permanently fix. Seems to me they just slapped duck tape on it. I would not wish on anyone what I've had to deal with on this purchase. One year into a three year contract and now I have a car with transmission problems that's gonna cost me an arm and a leg to fix. more

Good Experience 8/10/2010

I've always had good dealing with this business. We've purchased two vehicles from them. In the beginning our credit wasn't great but they were friendly and respectful. Prices start a little high, but they will negotiate. I love that kids (and pets) are running around all the time. It is truly a FAMILY business. more

Little Dealership with a lot of Heart 8/18/2005

There's a reason you see so many Bill Fitts stickers around Little Rock. Quite simply Bill Fitts auto gives you the best the dealership has to offer. That is it offers cars at a very reasonable price and then follows up with great service. Bill Fitts is a used car dealership but he only buys and sells great cars. We were pleased to buy a Honda Accord from him. When years down the road the motor went out (only because of age) he helped us find a good used motor to replace it. Though the lot is not large there is a great turnover of cars, so you are likely to find what you like in a short matter of time. I would advice anyone to try Bill Fitts just for the sake of trying it..... you won't be disappointed. more
