When I was a bicycle racer in my youth, I bought my first racing road bike from the Bike Gallery. Thirty-five years later, I bought an all Carbon Fuji w/ Dura Ace from the Bike Gallery. The point? How many places can you buy a product not only from the same business but the same owner? Al Lizarazo is one of the most knowledgeable men you will ever meet in cycling. He's genuine and honest. His services and prices are reflected in the above statements. Al is in his late 60's and still rides a great deal. Even with all the internet deals available, I make the effort to drive over to his shop to spend my money. I highly recommend this shop. Pros: Very knowledgeable owner, great prices and great service. Cons: If you're looking for tons of expensive eye candy in the store that's the one thing missing but he can order it! more

Less than a year ago purchased a thousand dollar bike. When rear derailleur snapped in two while riding (thankfully not on a busy thoroughfare), I got the "you wrecked the bike so I will not honor the warranty" lecture. Fact remains that I did not wreck and will not be shopping here again. more

My husband is an avid cyclist and recently went to The Bike Gallery on the hunt for a new bike. They carry all the big names like Calfee and Lemond and also sell custom wheels. He did not purchase a bicycle from them because their prices were higher than the store he usually goes to (they were closed that day). The bike he wanted was $75 more at The Bike Gallery. more
