I just moved from Big Trout Lodge and the entire year we spent there was a nightmare. We had to walk across the complex to get to our apartment due to inadequate parking availability. The management and maintenance crew never took care of many repair requests we had made. (Dryer not working properly, electrical issues, etc.) We also had a small chihuahua that had peed in the apartment (always cleaned up so there were no stains) and they are now charging us almost $1400 to replace a 1 year old carpet for "pet stains" and the carpet being dirty from normal walking traffic. I would not recommend this complex to ANYONE who wants to be treated fairly by their landlords. more
