My son had an x-ray taken during our visit, and the physician said he would need to send it to a radiologist for consultation to determine if there was a fracture. Being that it was a Saturday, we were told it may be as late as Tuesday before we heard back. When I had not received a call by Tuesday at 4:00p.m., I called the Urgent Care office. I got the voicemail system - although they were open - and left a message asking about the results. On Wednesday I heard nothing. Thursday morning I called again. After being put on hold for some time I finally received the results. When I asked why I had not received a call - especially after I had left a voicemail two days prior, the reply was, ""I don't know, I wasn't working that day.""
