THIS STORE IS NOT A STORE YOU WANT TO GO OUT OF YOUR WAY to get service but on the other hand you want to go out of your way to NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Their prime service is to sell you what ever you will buy regardless if you need it or not, even lying about what your vehicle needs. I requested service for flat front passenger tire on October 6, 2012. After Lindsey (service rep) had gotten the information from me and from going through the vehicle she came back to me and told me that ALL my tires were Bald! Asking me if I had seen my tires which I replied, yes, but told her I only wanted the flat tire replaced. After leaving the store I called back and talked to another service rep and asked him about the tread measurements on my tires. He told me that he would measure the tread and have the information on my paperwork. When I picked up my car I was told that only one of the remaining tires did not meet the minimum legal 1/32 tread requirement. Two of the tires measured 4-4-2, 7-7-6. The new tires measurement was on the receipt, 11-11-11 and the measurements of the tire replaced was not available. I told Lindsey that she had lied to me about ALL my tires being bald and told her that she was trying to sell me something that I didn't not need. Which she denied, stating that she told me that only the one other tire needed replacement. I asked to talk to her manager. Christopher Evanson came out and asked what the problem was and I told him what had came about, that Lindsey had lied about ALL my tires were bald and needed replacement. He said lets go out and look at the tires but I told him no, that the tire measurements where on the paper that I had handed him. He pointed to the paper and said she hadn't lied and said Quote "" This tire is bald, this tire is bald, this tire is bald"", as he pointed to the paper. I told him that I was going to have to report this to the BAR and to his district manager to which he replied Quote ""You can report it to who ever you like"". He then accused me of being Quote ""Dumb"" and walked around the store counter. I then clarified with him what he had said about me being ""dumb"" and he verbally acknowledged that he had called me dumb, then told Lindsey to Quote ""get me out of here before he throws me out"" Again I clarified what he had said about calling me "" dumb and threatening to throw me out of the store"" and he verbally acknowledged yes that is what he had said.
