The ladies at Bienville costumes have been very helpful every time I have been in. They have answered the questions I have but let me look on my own without hovering over my shoulder. more

Great Service!!! 4/14/2010

I called before I went to the store and I asked about fake mustaches. I've been looking all over town and have NOT been able to find one anywhere! When the nice lady answered the phone, she said they had plaenty of mustaches and told me what all the styles looked like so I could get the right one and not waste my time. She was super friendly on the phone and I am SOOO glad I found them! Thanks Bienville Costumes! more

Great selection 7/20/2005

I rate this 3-star for lack of help when we went looking. My kid wanted a specific costume and no one would help me look for it. Couldn't even tell me if they had it. I bet they did, but the baby was screaming at that point so we left. Ended up buying a cheaper one at Walmart... staff could have easily made that sale. more
