Worst

This is the worst florist ever. I cannot believe this place is still in business. My boyfriend ordered me flowers on Valentine's Day & I was supposed to get a bouquet of pink gerb...

This is the worst florist ever. I cannot believe this place is still in business. My boyfriend ordered me flowers on Valentine's Day & I was supposed to get a bouquet of pink gerber daisies & when I FINALLY got them they were orange & yellow. My workplace that they were delivered to is literally 2 miles from their location & the driver said he got lost, so they were 9 hours late. I know Valentine's Day is obviously a busy day for them but come on. When I called the "customer service" line the woman on the other end was EXTREMELY rude to me & just kept yelling "What do you want me to do about it?!" and then hung up. This place is a joke. more

Great Florist 8/27/2009

I have been ordering flowers from Beverly's for at least 10 years and couldn't be happier with the arrangements or the service. Even better yet, I've been the recipient of her flowers for at least that long, since my husband uses Beverly's; her flowers last much longer than others I've received and the blooms are always the largest in the office on Valentine's Day! Wouldn't go anywhere else! They have always been courteous and helpful-especially with wedding plans. more

Lousy Service 2/14/2007

After doing some research (obviously not enough) i chose Beverly's for ordering a dozen red roses for my long distance girlfriend on Valentine's Day. There were points to be gained by this, as everyone at her workplace had gotten flowers before, she was the new girl. Flowers weren't there at noon, called Beverly's and was told they had 900 orders out on the truck, and that they could not give times for delivery. Called at 2:30, was told that they would be there by 3. called at 4 and was told that they had wired the order to another florist for delivery, despite the fact that the delivery location was under 10 miles away. Called at 6, they said that they were sure the order would get there sometime THAT NIGHT, and i canceled the order. They did offer, after the runaround, to keep the money and bring in two dozen roses the next day, NOT VALENTINES day. I instead canceled and found another florist that made the delivery in 15 minutes at 6:30. I found their service to be atrocious and them to be uncaring about the situation that they had put me into. Guess they got their money in on Valentine's Day without me. more

Personal service and nice creative touches 9/26/2005

buying a boquet from Beverly's is like buying a piece of artwork. The floral designers here are truely talented, they can do so much and make the boquets look so beautiful. Service is always fast and friendly and the value is among the best in this part of texas. more
