On the morning after New Years day, we woke up to find that our furnace had stopped working. We called Beverly Services and the receptionist was helpful and not unexpectedly they were receiving a large volume of calls. In spite of that she called us back in less than 2 hours to let us know that a service technician would be at our house in a half hour. Our service provider, Simon Tobin, arrived and quickly found the problem and had the necessary parts to fix our furnace. He was friendly and competent and completed the job in a short time and our furnace was up and running within about 3 hours of calling for help. Considering the extremely cold conditions and I am sure a heavy work load, Simon and Beverly Services came through for us in a big way. We were and are very thankful.
