Can I give no stars? They are rip-offs and management are crooked! Stay away from these guys....beware!!!! Call someone else or drive yourself!! more

Repeatedly confronted with drivers with bad attitudes and who are disrespectful from Beverly Hills cab company. Makes NY cab drivers seem tame. Will never use them again. more

I hate taking cabs, I rather drive everywhere, but last week it could not be helped. Late night out with the boys, did not want to take a chance. Hailed a cab, one of those wheelchair vans stopped. Nice and roomy, took me all the way home, and the driver was telling use stories about some of the funny stuff that happened to him in his 20 something years of working at the same company. Anyway got home safe, picked up my car the next day. Its a cab service after all, how can you really mess that up, but the funny stories made the 45 minute ride home kinda enjoyable. I wanted to take the cab name or number down to put it in this review, but cant seem to remember. more

We have a corporate account and each time I contact the Beverly Hills Cab company for service I encounter some of the most rude dispatchers around. We are only attempting to give their company business--Rudeness seems an odd response to the customers who help keep your company in business. Now as to accuracy and reliability. Since we have a corporate account, we order cab pick ups and drop offs for our customers on an ongoing basis. I always verify the order on the day of pick up and the Beverly Hills Cab almost always has the order wrong or not at all-- and of course instead of an apology, I get an argument from the dispatcher and they somehow try to justify the mix up as the customers fault. This is very frustrating so we will be looking for another more reliable cab service. more

I used this for a company party and they were 75 minutes late to pick me up. Thus, I missed much of the party! Their excuse: not enough cabs. But I called to schedule the cab 3 hours early. Terrible company and very unhelpful. When I tried to call them it took me 10 minutes on hold each time and they kept telling me the driver was a few minutes away. Not "kinda lame", totally lame! more

Yeah, not so great. One time we called them to pick up me and some of my friends in Hollywood to go out to a bar. We had to be at the bar by 9Pm to make the opening act, our friend’s band. They took almost 30 minutes to come, by which point we had already called another cab. So the guy outside yelled at us when we walked out and bypassed his cab. It’s like, bite me dude, you didn’t show. more

I have used this cab company once and was satisfied. Usually use Green Cab Co but they were unavailable that day. What I like about beverly hills cab company was they arrived fast, nice driver and after being dropped off he asked if and when I would be calling for pick up to go back. He then handed me his card with cell phone number and cab number and said he would try to be available at that time in that neiborhood for my convenience. I did take him up on his offer and he came to my rescue to take me home. I was in the middle of North Hollywood at night and was relieved to know a ride was waiting. Thank you Matt! more

Beverly Hills Cab Company has always gotten me to my destination in a quick, professional, and safe manner. I used to have to leave for work at 530 am and I was always able to get a cab. I have arrived at my destinations on time. Their phone operators are helpful and polite. Cabs come within 10 to 15 minutes usually and have great range. I find their prices reasonable and their cab drivers nice enough. I've never felt unsafe. I think they run a great and effective business. more
