I've been training with Kate for a long time now and she really has doneamazing things for my body, my outlook on life and my general health andwell-being. I'm more toned and I have more core strength. I feel youngerthan ever before and the wonderful thing is that my friends notice. That'sa great feeling. I went from a couch potatoe to being able to run half a marathon in 5months! She really is fantastic. I had to leave the country for 6 months and during that time without Katesmotivation, drive and expertise I found that I couldn't train without her.I'm so happy to be training with her again. She makes working out fun, herenergy is contagious, she's a lovely person with an incredible sensitivity. She makes a positive difference and that's priceless. BEST TRAINER EVER!!! 5/25/2009

I've been working out for a long time and have gone through different diets, fads and trainers in order to get rid of the extra pounds and get in shape. Noone has been able to help me until Kate. In a few months, she has taught me how to reshape my body through nutrition and a targeted program. I can hardly believe I was able to do this myself, after all the failures I had endured. In July 2009 I will be 70 years old. Since my mid 30's I've trained on and off with several different trainers. The difference with Kate is simple; she listens when you speak and she puts together a routine that works on the problems you're looking to correct. The workouts vary from session to session and, most important, they are fun. Your time with Kate covers cardio, core and weight training as well as providing excellent advice on eating healthy. I started with Kate last September. In six months I've dropped over 20 lbs, slowly and sanely. For years I would not look at a treadmill. Now I'm doing at hour or more on both the treadmill and the precor; I once again select from dozens suits, pants and jeans that have been hanging in the closet begging for air. I have developed cuts on my lips from kissing myself in the mirror. I'm 70; I look and feel much younger. I continue to train four days a week with her. If you do one thing for yourself this year work-out with Kate! You can't afford not to. I will give up restaurants, baby-sitting, domestic help and manicures in this new economy but NOT Kate. This is not a made up endorsement this is a true story. I never worked out - ever. I would walk because I live in NYC but I never would go to a gym and have never like exercise. I LOVE exercise now and it is one of my main priorities - all because of Kate. I had a child at 41 and was tired, over-weight, run-down all the time and often sick. It was a cycle because I was often too tired to exercise - you know how that goes. Well I joined a gym and tried a trainer, it was a guy and I hated it. I then met Kate. I have never stopped exercising since. Even when I would get sick, or my son would be sick or I would be tired - Kate never, ever gave up on me. She is the MOST patient person ever. She listens endlessly and selflessly and gets the busy-mom schedule. Kate always believed I could do it and always gave me encouragement. This was almost 3 years ago and I have completely re-shaped my body, rarely get sick and LOVE to exercise. Kate is also very well trained in nutrition so you get 2 consultants in one. Give yourself the gift of Kate she is amazing.\r The only negative to training with Kate is you will probably have to buy all new clothes! I was a size 8 when I began and felt embarrassed in short sleeve tops, would never-ever wear shorts, etc... well I'm now a size 2 and wore shorts for the first time at age 47! Who does that - she is like the creator of Benjamin Button and like him will have you aging backwards. If Kate made up tshirts saying 'body by Kate' I would wear one. CALL NOW. Quite Simply the Best! 12/31/2008

I have the privilege of training with Kate for over six years!\r Prior to Kate, I had employed two different trainers to no avail. Both lacked the experience, knowledge and vision to assist me in accomplishing my diverse fitness goals. \r Therefore I was quite skeptical in employing another trainer. However after working with Kate for the first time, she quickly assuaged any uncertainty I had. We initially established a workout plan to enhance all muscle groups, and a nutritional guide on what foods would supplement my training.\r As I have progressed and continue to do so, she changes my regimen to make it more challenging. She has incorporated a multitude of activities such as lifting free weights, boxing, running, calisthenics, plyometrics and stretching. Therefore, my workouts constantly remain exciting! It is also imperative to note that while Kate challenges you, she never pushes you to the point of pain or discomfort. She always accentuates that safety is the highest priority when it comes to training. \r Another factor that clearly distinguishes Kate is her ability to explain the significance of each exercise I perform, and why it is advantageous to the relative muscle group. Hence she also educates you, and constantly encourages you to ask questions. This vividly separates her from her peers! \r I have accomplished a lot as a consequence of training with Kate. For example, to provide a quantitative guide, my body fat percentage has decreased by more 7% since I started with her! On a strength level, my heaviest set on the bench press has increased by more than 200lbs! This clearly illustrates Kate?s effectiveness. \r I recommend Kate to anyone who wants to accomplish their fitness goals ? whether it is a competitive bodybuilder who is looking to gain greater strength to someone who just wants to lose a few pounds. She has vast experience working with different people with diverse goals. There is clearly no alternative!\r Pros: Intelligent, Cordial and Diligent. Vast athletic and academic experience. The Best Trainer 12/31/2008

Kate's a wonderful trainer who helped me achieve what I never thought possible... losing 50 lbs. She made me, a person who never enjoyed working out, a gym lover. I never thought that was possible. She turned my life around. As the weight came off, my self confidence went up and that was largely because of her influence. Kate knows her stuff and she tailors each workout to the individual person. She's constantly changing the routines so you don't get bored. She knows your capabilities (even if you don't) and pushes you to exceed them. Kate tracks your progress and she'll work with you on planning a healthy diet because food and exercise go hand in hand. Pros: She made working out fun and kept me motivated more
