I use airport parking services regularly and I have never been more dissapointed than I was with Best Value Airport Inn. The representative blatently lied about sending a shuttle to pick me and my husband up from the airport and consequently left us stranded for over an hour while we waited for a ride. Despite multiple calls to the company, a shuttle was never sent and we were forced to hire a taxi to retrieve our car. Even though we noticed the shuttle was still parked at the lot upon arriving at ""best value"", the representative refused to reimburse us for the taxi. Furthermore, during the course of my phone calls to request a pick-up, the representative was extremely rude and actually hung up on me when I called for the second time. \r
There are countless other companies that deliver on their promise, and I would highly encourage anyone considering this company to deal with one of the more reputable alternatives. The awful service, inexcuseble attitude and failure to follow through on their promise to pick us up were not worth the few bucks we thought we were saving. In the end, we actually spent more than we've ever spent per day for parking (due to the taxi fair we payed to get to the company's lot several miles from the airport) and the poor customer service ended our otherwise perfect vacation on a very bad note.
