My family seems to be very into electronics, so it is frequent that we shop at Best Buy for a new "toy." In my recent interactions with the staff at Best Buy I have not been impressed. For the most part the staff is a younger generation that does not seem to be customer oriented. Customer service goes a long way in this day and age, and I don't believe they have been trained effectively. If you must shop for electronics, Best Buy has the best selection, but beware the staff could be improved.
