I stayed overnight a few weeks ago and was very disappointed. I had passed this hotel a number of times and always thought it might be a nice place to stay. A friend was visiting from out of town and I took him to Memphis to tour Graceland. I booked the room online for a Wednesday night. When we arrived we were very excited from the outside appearance. We were greeted on the inside with bright, vibrant wall colors, but the greeting from the desk person was much less exciting. We were assigned a double room which was very drab and looked outdated except for the plasma television. I was told that the king room was the picture on the website. The Continental Breakfast was a joke and we were sent off that morning with a similar attitude from a different desk person. Not great, not terrible, but very, very disappointing.
Pros: plasma television
Cons: room interiors, perception of staff that they don't care about a positive customer experience.
