Best Meal is my favorite chinese food place, great, cheap food and good service - deliever extremely fast (25 minutes or less). Downside is, they dont accept credit card, so if you dont any cash on you, your forced to use another place for delievery. Best Meal itself is almost always empty and is quiet, if you want to eat in. Its primarily a delievery place. Sometimes the owner will have his family in, which adds some pleasing background chatter, including young girls (especially during the summer). The restaurant portion of the place is alright, definatly not fancy, think of a chinese version of mcdonalds, at least its clean. The bathroom has a sign on it that says out of service but it actually works - they put it there because they dont want people using the bathroom. They wont say anything if you use it, and if your a regular customer, they'll usually tell you can use it if you want.
