This company is HORRIBLE. My family came down for my wedding, I paid $149.00 for the room. After the charge had gone through he tells me that I can not get ready for the wedding at the hotel because there is no visitors allowed. (even though the front desk has a sign that visitors must be approved - Why I could not be approved i still dont understand) I tried to explain to him that we do not intend to party, but that I do need to get ready at the wedding as obviously the bride can not get ready in front of the groom. He gets unjustly frustrated and tells us to ""Just forget it, go to another hotel"" Long story short, we didn't stay there, and of course did go to another hotel. We go to pay and the card declines, I quickly realize that there is still a hold on my card for the $149.00. I figured that the hold would be at least 24 hours, maybe at most 5 business days. I waited a week and the charge was still there. I called the front desk about it, and the REFUSED to speak about it. I asked to speak to the owner and the guy tells me ""There is no owner"" I explained to him.. ""There is an owner, as I have spoken with him once before.. I would just like to know when the best time to contact him would be?"" The man at the front desk starts to yell at me over the phone and ends it with ""Call the credit card company!"" and hung up on me. I honestly don't understand how a place like this is still in business. The ""manager"" at the front desk should be FIRED! more
