After doing a lot or research including taking to one of Best Buys Geek Squad (service person) we decided to buy a new printer on sale at Best Buy. After setting it up we found our wireless laptop was no longer connected to internet. We called Best Buy and suddenly no one was interested in talking to us or give any suggestions as to what may be wrong. Instead they made an appointment for one of Geek Squad to come to our house for a mere $172.00 to see if problem can be fixed. To add insult to the situation, the appointment is not until Wed. and they have already collected their money on Monday. This is the last business Best Buy will ever get from us. Just a word to the wise before you elect to do business with them.
