I bought a computer there in January 2015. The sound quit working and I took it to Best Buy on March 20, 2015 for them to check it. The person at the service counter said I hadn't bought anything there since August 1012. I had the receipt showing I had purchased it there January 2015. He wouldn't acknowledge it and didn't offer any help at all. So, I just walked on out with the computer, without another word being said. I called the manager after I got home and she didn't offer any help either.
