OMG!!! This was the most horrific experience I've ever had. The people have no basic courtesy, nor professionalism. When a senior asked a member of the geek squad "Sugar", basic questions on how to operate her KIndle that was given to her by her son as a present, he told he that she could pay for the Geek Squad to come to her home and then he'd explain it to her. It is very unfortunate that when you go into a black neighborhood, no one is willing to help you. I called the Roosevelt Road store and a young man named Kevin spent as much time as was needed to explain everything I asked him. He did not once ask to send a Geek Squad member to answer simple questions. I attempted to encourage "Sugar's professional responsiveness, he laughed and left the senior and I standing dumbfounded. Who hires these people? Don't they understand that if they run people away from the store there's no business? No business, no job.
