You can find the majority of the inventory across the parking lot at other stores for $10 to $100 less, without the "buy the extended warranty". The staff is poorly trained (I blame high turnover & micro-managers). Since about 2003, the only thing "Best" about Best Buy is leaving one. Don't even get me started on their restocking fees, months of arguing to get them to honor their ever changing "Service Plans" and the ineptitude of their Geek Squad.
